Introduction:

This PCB material selector tool presents material properties, as given in manufacturers' datasheets, to help the user in comparing two or more PCB materials and selecting an appropriate material for a specific application. For the ease of selection, the tool allows categorization of PCB materials in several groups- for example- rigid/flex, groups based on speed/loss characteristics, high thermal conductivity materials, halogen-free, etc.
