will be required to be lead free-and at Sierra Proto Express, we're proud to say we have been making lead free boards since mid 2005!
Sierra Proto Express lead free boards are compliant with RoHS and WEEE.
For most customers, our simple lead free solution works best. We provide lead free material like IS410 or R1755 and we use Lead free finishes like Immersion White Tin, Immersion Silver, Immersion Gold, or Lead free HASL (using lead free solder like SN100CL from Florida Circuits). If you are not sure about how to proceed, just ask us for a custom quote and mention "lead free", and we will guide you appropriately.
For certain customers who demand High Reliability lead free boards, we produce lead free circuit boards that can withstand up to 2000 thermal shocks from -45șC to 145șC. These special purpose lead free boards are produced through our proprietary, patent-pending process. The dependability of these lead free circuit boards has been proven through rigorous HATS testing and our own solder float testing.
Regardless of whether you want our regular lead free boards or high-reliability lead free boards, you can be assured that they will go through the lead free assembly and rework processes successfully.
